Return of the King

Well, look who's back. Besides me on a blog. Except this is my new one, so I'm not really "back." Wait, I'm off topic on my first post. Welcome to the new Tom Blog, by the way. I really should have started with that. Focus, Lockey.

So, yes, Theo Epstein, commonly regarded as the World's Smartest Jew, has resumed his post atop Red Sox Nation. Kind of. He has a "full-time position in baseball operations," whatever that means. I guess he's becoming more or less a puppetmaster for the Co-GMs Ben Cherrington and Jed Hoyer, who were promoted from within after Theo departed. No word yet on whether Theo can play centerfield.

As for myself, I decided to shift to blogger after my xanga entries began to lag. I also appreciate the greater amount of freedom blogger has, as it gives you the ability to edit any and all of the actual html code.

I don't know how often I will update this, but I will when the spirit moves me. Life has fallen into a comfortable routine of attending my five classes, playing the daily requisite two games of spades, sporadic halo, regular tickling of the Karen and hitting the books late at night. You'll hear back from me soon enough, oh vast space of thine internet.
