Now we'll see how much of the genius of the show is him and how much is his writers... I'll give him better odds than any of the other guys.
Yeah, sometimes Conan's spontaneous comments are funnier than his scripted moments.
i've always said conan is funnier when the jokes don't work. i am seriously fascinated to see what he can do when there are no jokes to begin with.
for what it's worth, the three funniest things i've ever seen on conan were all unscripted: throwing his chair and generally going insane when rebecca romijn kissed him, interviewing the 1864 baseball wives, and a fire alarm going off in the middle of an interview with paget brewster.
